Many moons ago I bought this domain because I wanted a more memorable email address.  I never really did anything with the web site, as I had no idea what to do with it. 

Following the events of September 11 2001, I began to attract a great deal of traffic, both internet and email.  The reason being there’s another Simon Reeve.  (I guess there’s many more too!)  It transpires, he is a reporter and author of titles relating to terrorism. I thought it best I do something with the site and so had some brief info about me and a link to the other Simon Reeve’s site.

Now time has moved on and I am using my domain to experiment with anything Internet, including powering this Blog with WordPress.  So far I am impressed with WordPress, in particular the latest version 2.7. 

I am new to this blogging lark and have found the first hurdle, knowing what to use it for.  Hopefully over time, I’ll get the hang of it and might end up with something interesting for people to read.  Alternatively, it may just become an experiment and I’ll move on to something else.  Who knows?
